Ghost Whisperer - The TV Show

Do you watch this TV show? I have it as a recorded show so I can enjoy it when I want too. It's one of my favs. James Van Praagh is a co-executive producer. Who I consider one of my teachers.
This episode talks about how we as children can see ghosts but it goes away as we grow up cause there is no room in our rational mind. How fortunate for some of us to still "see" them. I don't "see" them like Melinda on the show. Some of my friends don't understand why? It would scare the crap out of me!!!!that's why. The children in this epiosode are under ten years old and can see the ghosts that are in their school.

When I was little I thought the ghosts I saw were my brother and he would get in trouble for scaring me. I thought he was in my closet when I went to bed. He would come out of the closet and I would get scared. It was confirmed that it wasn't him.

I do as an adult, feel spirits presence. But its not like seeing them in person, like Melinda on the Ghost Whisperer. It's like a lightness or shadow. Have you ever seen a ghost? Is it really possible that when you die, you can wander around the earth plane?

From everything I've read you can wander the earth as a ghost, but why would you want to be caught in between earth and "The Other Side?" I certainly don't. Guess what? I did see a spirit, or at least I think it was a spirit just this past week. Talk about too scared to move. And I didn't think I'd ever get back to sleep. I covered my head with the covers. Every night since, I've had a night light on. I actually think the spirit was my aunt (my mom's sister who died a year ago on March 3rd) (that was the night I saw the spirit right beside my bed). It was so clear too. She was brushing her hair, something she did often when she was younger. She had very pretty, wavy hair halfway between her chin and neck. I couldn't see her face, but somehow I just know that is exactly who it was. Why she wanted to come visit me that night rather than her own children is confusing to me. But maybe it is because I've been so in tune to the spiritual side of myself lately. I haven't seen her since. Honest, with my hand across my heart, this actually happened. You're the only person I've told, because I think you'd understand. Thanks. It felt good to get that off my chest. -Megan-

No, she didn't say anything at all. You know, it was one of those bleary-eyed middle-of-the-night moments where I couldn't actually make sense of what I was seeing. It was kind of like I was seeing her through a thin veil of gauze. I could see the shape of her body, but the whole of her was kind of like seeing an undulating shadow. Although I couldn't make out her face, I could see her hair because it was like there was a filtered light beaming on it. Like I said, she was making a point of brushing her hair with one of those old-fashioned hair brushes like you'd see in a Betty Davis movie. Her hair was sort of a brown color and wavy almost to her shoulders. Both my mother (deceased 3 yrs ago) and my mother's sister (deceased one year ago on March 3rd) both had the same type of hair, only my aunt's hair was more red. The woman I saw was obviously youngish, kind of like somewhere between 30 and 40. How I knew this fact is beyond me. I just knew. Even though I covered my head (out of sheer fright) a part of me kept asking the question, is that you mother or is that your sister? I'm still wondering. I'd like to see her again, but in the daylight. Every time I woke up last night I made myself be brave enough to look for her. I'm afraid it may be one of those once-in-a-lifetime things. But I'll keep my mind open for a re-appearance. -Megan-

That my be the case. But I think it is only the beginning for you. Keep a journal cause it will happen again. Yes I again seeing in the daylight is less stressful huh.
