Yes, I do take moments during my day to go quiet, and I'm getting better at it all the time. Like just today. Picture this: the most tense moment of a court proceeding, (domestic relations), attorneys hammering away at each other and the witnesses, tempers flaring. I suddenly realized I was holding my breath. That is when I took a moment to do some deep breathing exercises and imagine myself surrounded by mirrors facing outward. It worked. It really did. The air around me suddenly felt lighter. Good question you put out there today.
